Because many of our chefs prepare meals specifically for each order, most menu items are available through a pre-order system. Estimated preparation and delivery times are displayed before checkout to help you plan your meal. Most orders take between 25- 45 minutes. Once your order is confirmed, your chef begins preparing your meal according to the requested schedule. When ready, one of our delivery partners collects the order and transports it using appropriate food handling practices. You'll receive updates as your order progresses from preparation to delivery. Delivery availability, fees, and estimated arrival times may vary depending on your location, the chef's kitchen, weather conditions, traffic, or special events. We recommend providing accurate delivery details and ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the selected time. If unexpected delays occur, we'll do our best to keep you informed.
