Our pre-order model helps reduce food waste by allowing chefs to prepare meals based on actual customer demand rather than producing excess inventory. This approach supports efficient ingredient planning while maintaining freshness and quality. We encourage our chef partners to source ingredients responsibly where possible, support local producers, and minimise unnecessary packaging. We also seek opportunities to work with environmentally responsible suppliers and delivery partners that share our commitment to sustainable practices. Beyond environmental responsibility, we are committed to social sustainability by empowering independent chefs, supporting small culinary businesses, celebrating diverse food cultures, and creating economic opportunities within local communities. Sustainability is an ongoing journey.
